Urby Mobility Systems presents the new Urby SK8, an electric skateboard of a wheel with a segway-like balanced self-balancing system, with a maximum speed of 18 km / h and a 12 km autonomy thanks to its maximum quality Samsung batteries.

Urby SK8 has Samsung batteries, with a capacity of 4400 mAh. Its autonomy depends on weather factors, user weight and terrain conditions.

Battery recharges in 2 hours and 15 minutes (4.4Ah) approximately, when the drive of the charger is loaded it is changed from red to green indicating the full load.

The batteries have a 6-month guarantee, and have UN38.3 and MSDS certificates ensuring battery quality.

Bluetooth and led lights

Urby SK8 has 4 led indicators that tell you the battery load level. It also has blue leds around the table that illuminate it completely day and night.

Urby SK8 incorporates bluetooth, which allows to link the mobile and its built-in speakers to play music.

Urby\'s electric monocycle consumes 1 KWh to travel 50 kms, so with an average KWh price of 0.22 €, we have an electricity cost of 0.44 €/ 100Km.

In comparison, a car in an urban environment can consume an average of 8 €/ 100km at least so Urby is about 20 times cheaper to move around the city than a car.
