The Samsung Galaxy Ring is a smart ring designed to keep track of activity, rest and different parameters related to well-being. Its structure titanium combines resistance, lightness and a discreet design for use throughout the day and while you sleep. The size 5 has an approximate weight of 2.3 grams.

Integra three sensors to record different data: an accelerometer to detect movement and activity, an optical heart rate sensor and a skin temperature sensor. These sensors allow monitoring of physical activity, sleep and other indicators through Samsung Health.

The Galaxy Ring allows monitoring the sleepincluding different stages of rest, as well as monitoring of heart rate, daily activity, steps, distance and calories. It also provides information on the level of energy and recovery through the Energy Score, which combines different data recorded by the device.

It is compatible with the monitoring of more than 100 sports and exercises, allowing to consult the recorded data using the Samsung Health application. In addition, when used with certain Samsung Galaxy smartphones and other compatible Galaxy devices, it offers additional functions and more complete integration of the Samsung ecosystem.

Its construction offers 10 ATM water resistance and IP68 certification, so it is prepared for daily use and different aquatic activities. Samsung recommends caution with salted, chlorinated, hot water and other liquids that may affect the waterfall.

The autonomy reaches up to 7 daysand the device includes a Wireless load case which allows the ring to be transported and recharged. The case has a battery of 361 mAh and is charged by USB-C.
