• New Nintendo 3DS XL with the top orange with the Samus silhouette printed in darker tones and the yellow base, simulating the suit of the bounty hunter.
• Nintendo 3DS XL is a new version of Nintendo 3DS with 90 percent larger screens. The resized console is available in the colors Silver / Black, Red / Black and Blue / Black. In addition, the performance of the Nintendo 3DS XL battery exceeds that of the original Nintendo 3DS battery. The new model, which weighs 336 grams, has more fine edges and finishes that give it a more stylized look than Nintendo 3DS and a better ergonomics.
• The top screen, which offers the 3D option without glasses, measures 4.88 inches: a 90% larger surface than that of Nintendo 3DS. This increase in size is achieved by growing the console itself but above all by making better use of the surface and reducing the frame.
• The duration of the battery with the console playing a 3D game with maximum lighting has increased from just over three hours to six and a half hours. Without the 3D option activated the load duration is extended to 10 hours.
• The memory of the SD card that comes with the hardware is increased from 2GB to 4GB.
• The new model has more pre-installed applications than the original Nintendo 3DS as the possibility of recording and editing 3D videos.
• In order to offer it at a competitive price, Nintendo 3DS XL will not be accompanied by a charger. The console is compatible with Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL and Nintendo 3DS.
