Magnetic plating
The magnetic apantalate protects the magnetic field generated by speakers, for example. If a speaker is playing a CRT screen (television or computer), the magnetic shutting is necessary to avoid disrupting the display.
Headset key
stereo audio output that allows the connection of stereo headphones. A headset pin uses a 3.5 mm mini-jack format connector.
Line entry
Analogue audio input designed to receive an unamplified sound signal. There are 2 line levels: the line level for the general public, to -10 dBv, which is the signal output level of a Hi-Fi component connected to an amplifier by a connector known as a line input. The professional line level, at + 4 dBu, is much more powerful, and is used to connect study or publishing equipment - address (PA).
