All orders made before 11:30 will be sent the same day. There are no deliveries in the weekends or on bankholidays. If a product would be out of stock, we will contact you by email.
If you have chosen regular mail, we let you know that this can take upto 1 or 2 weeks for delivery (This type of shipping has no tracking number). If you need your order urgently, we advise to chose a faster shipping method.
